I have found a great way to battle my depression — Journaling! It allows you get to get the bad stuff out so you can "file and forget it". It lets you track your moods and thoughts so maybe you can see if you are sabotaging yourself with negative feelings.

I used to write in a notebook but in this age of computers, I prefer to type instead of write by hand. I have found a couple of good FREE journal programs. There is idaily diary and RedNoteBook. Both are password protected for your peace of mind.
